During the production of vegetable juices, a valuable secondary stream for the food industry is created: that of vegetable fibres. At vanRijsingeningredients we make optimum use of this secondary stream. Because we do not heat fibre streams excessively, valuable nutrients and colourings naturally contained in the vegetables are optimally preserved.
Ideal for binding water or for enriching soups, sauces, bread, pasta, meat and vegetarian and non-vegetarian snack products
vanRijsingeningredients' carrot fibre is available both fresh and deep-frozen. Both product types are good sources of fibre which can be added to products in relatively high proportions. They improve texture or dietary fibre content. Application tests have been done in meat substitutes, soups, sauces, bread, pasta, meat and vegetarian and non-vegetarian snack products. We are currently busy developing our fibre production facility. We would be happy to work with you to discover how we can best meet your application needs.
